Overview
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

- Customers are encouraged to review all product details, finish selections, and fabric choices carefully before placing an order
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cancellations are no longer possible. No exceptions can be made once production has begun.
Why All Sales Are Final
Our products are sourced from premium manufacturers who produce items specifically to order — your selected finish, fabric, and configuration are built exclusively for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once production has started.
