LuxCraft began in 1990 as a two-person operation in the corner of a barn, with a simple belief: build outdoor furniture so durable you'd never have to replace it. Recycled poly lumber, built like heirloom woodwork
LuxCraft poly lumber is HDPE reclaimed from milk jugs and detergent bottles, cleaned to over 99% purity and compounded into solid board stock that's more than 90% recycled by weight. Amish craftspeople build each piece with mortise-and-tenon joinery and stainless-steel hardware — the look of fine wood with none of the upkeep.
