Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
Alaska & Hawaii: We do not offer standard checkout shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are located in these states, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote or arrange shipment to a California freight forwarder of your choice.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
- Orders $2,500 and above: Free standard shipping + Free White Glove Delivery (residential addresses in the lower 48 states)
- Orders under $2,500: $199 flat rate shipping
- White Glove Delivery Add-On: Available for orders under $2,500 at an additional cost. Contact us for pricing and to arrange this service.

What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery includes:
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Unpacking and assembly (if applicable)

This premium service is included free on all orders $2,500+ and available as an optional add-on for smaller orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days (processing + transit).

We use reliable shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, based on your location, order size, and weight.
