Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

Alaska & Hawaii: We do not offer standard checkout shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are located in these states, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote or arrange shipment to a California freight forwarder of your choice.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders $2,500 and above: Free standard shipping + Free White Glove Delivery (residential addresses in the lower 48 states)
  • Orders under $2,500: $199 flat rate shipping
  • White Glove Delivery Add-On: Available for orders under $2,500 at an additional cost. Contact us for pricing and to arrange this service.

There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery includes:

  • Delivery to the room of your choice
  • Unpacking and assembly (if applicable)
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Professional, courteous service

This premium service is included free on all orders $2,500+ and available as an optional add-on for smaller orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.

Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days (processing + transit).

We use reliable shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, based on your location, order size, and weight.
