Every Ohio Flame Liberty Fire Pit comes with a Lifetime Warranty covering the structural integrity and welds of the steel bowl. The natural patina finish ensures long-lasting performance without rusting through. Warranty excludes screens, grates, paint, and finishes, and applies only to unaltered products used as intended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Many of our products ship via LTL freight directly from our manufacturing partners.

Shipping timelines vary by product and SKU based on manufacturer lead times, production schedules, and freight carrier availability.

Estimated delivery timelines, when available, are displayed on individual product pages or provided after an order is placed.

Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from standard checkout at this time.

Freight Shipping

All freight-eligible products ship via Residential LTL Freight.

Orders under $2,500 incur a $199 flat-rate freight charge.

Orders $2,500 and above ship with free freight, including complimentary White Glove delivery where applicable.

Freight carriers will contact the customer directly to schedule delivery.

Delivery is typically curbside unless White Glove service is included.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are transmitted to our manufacturing partners after purchase.
